LA Start-up RENT ORPI, through a jury of professionals, rewards the young company presenting the most promising innovation for real estate.The aim of this competition is to raise the profiles of young innovative companies in the sector.

Who can enter the competition?
Candidate companies, French or international, must have been created after January 1st, 2017.
The innovation must be already operational when the competition application is sent.
The innovation must relate to a service for real estate professionals (real estate agent, property manager, developer, commercial real estate) and directly relate to the marketing or management real estate.
All decisions of the selection committee and the jury are final.
The winner
The winner of the competition will be awarded the prize in the presence of the press and fellow real estate professionals. They will have the opportunity to present their project to the ORPI committee during a special session reserved for this purpose, and also to ORPI partners during an exclusive event.
How the competition works
The competition will be rewarding the business project rather than the actual innovation itself. The jury will focus on accessing the potential of the project, the quality of the team, and the significance of the proposed solution.
The choice of winner takes place over four stages:
- Applying for the competition: Candidate companies should submit their presentation file on rent.immo in the form of a video of less than 1mn30 and a presentation deck. Both must be received before the 12th October, 2020.
- Selection of finalists: The jury will examine the applications and chose the eight finalists who will be invited to the public presentation on the 29th October.
- Public presentation: On the 29th October, each finalist will pitch for 5 minutes maximum and answer questions from the jury who will deliberate at the end of these presentations. This stage of the competition will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m and will be followed by a cocktail.
- New in 2020: The last 4 finalists will pitch at the RENT Show before a major conference in room 1 and the attendee audience can vote to choose their favourite start-up. Each attendee vote is worth 1 vote.
- Announcement of the winner: The announcement of the winner and the award ceremony will take place before a major conference, on November 5 during the RENT Show.

FF2i Innovation Trophy
The objective is to show off the dynamism of the sector by highlighting the best innovations of the RENT 2020 fair. The winner of this competition will be chosen by the jury after having met the exhibitors who have applied to take part. The award ceremony will take place in the presence of the press and professional community and the award will be presented by the president of FF2i.

The winner
The winner of the competition will be awarded the trophy in the presence of the press and real estate professionals. They will have the opportunity to present their project to the Anaxago investment commitee, a member of the FF2i, during a special meeting of the committee, and also present their products and services to Anaxago partners during an exclusive event.
