Description

David Chouraqui began his career in strategy and management consulting. In 2007, he became Director of e-Business and CIO of the European subsidiaries of the Essilor Group. He joined the real estate sector in 2010, taking over the management of the Belvia Immobilier Group, which he restructured before selling it to the Citya Group in 2016. Actively involved in the profession, he became a member of the CNTGI (National Council for Real Estate Transactions and Property Management) in 2014 and contributed to the creation of the Bien’ici portal. In 2015, he was elected by his peers as President of the Plurience association, which represents the leading players in property management, and in 2017 he was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the Videlio Group. In 2020, he joined the Crédit Agricole Group as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Immobilier, in charge of services for private clients and the Square Habitat network. Since 2021, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Services Immobiliers, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Immobilier.
