Skanio, developed by Venture IA, helps condominium property managers handle the day-to-day management of their buildings. From leaks and breakdowns to disturbances and insurance claims, each issue is tracked from the initial report through to resolution and receipt of the invoice. The platform brings together requests, conversations, photos and quotes to simplify contractor coordination, intervention tracking and follow-ups. Managers can view their priorities and each case’s history in one place.
Using QR codes and NFC, contractors record their visits from their smartphone, with no app to install: before-and-after photos, timestamps, signatures and PDF service reports. The building’s maintenance log is updated automatically. A dedicated resident portal lets occupants report issues, track progress and access their building’s documents.
The Skanio AI Assistant supports teams in their daily work. Connected to emails and documents, it sorts and summarises messages, drafts replies, retrieves relevant information and helps prepare general meetings and monitor contract deadlines. Skanio prepares actions; the manager approves them.
For real estate agencies, the Opportunities module turns portfolio information into business prospects: new condominium management contracts, renewals, property sales, tenant changes and rental management. It ranks opportunities by priority, matches client requirements with identified properties and helps prepare outreach, with owners’ consent.
