Our innovative business model enables more than 17,000 agencies to publish their entire portfolio free of charge and with no limit on the number of listings, representing nearly 2 out of 3 agencies in France.
As a subsidiary of France’s second-largest banking group, BPCE, we have integrated the Êtreproprio website directly into the digital ecosystems of Caisse d’Epargne and Banque Populaire. This first in France gives listings visibility from the financing search stage, reaching already engaged buyers at the heart of the real estate journey.
Our goal : to showcase properties to those who buy them, those who finance them, and those who renovate them.
