Toit à Moi was born out of outrage. The outrage of citizens who, one day, refused to look away from life on the streets. Rather than becoming accustomed to the unacceptable, they decided to take action: pooling their resources to buy flats and offer homeless people the opportunity to rebuild their lives in a sustainable way.

★ Housing
Toit à Moi buys transitional housing that it rents to people in extreme poverty at an affordable rate. These flats are refuges and starting points for regaining stability and independence.
★ Support
Each person is supported by social work professionals, who help them regain confidence and look to the future.
★ Build connections
A network of committed volunteers breaks down isolation and gives everyone a place in society.
