IMMOTECTO is a property portal available in 6 languages. Its key feature: it allows tenants to prove their rental reliability to their future landlord.
With the tenant's consent and through Open Banking (PSD2), we analyse a single data point: is the rent paid, and on the due date. The result is the TectoScore, from 0 to 110. The tenant shares it with their file through the TectoPass.
It is not a credit score, nor a payment guarantee. It is proof of behaviour, drawn from real bank data.
