Optimmo is a Saas start-up offering a ready-to-use solution that enables real estate agencies to generate more business across their three service areas: sales, rental management, and property management. Specifically, we use energy performance certificate (DPE) data to generate qualified leads and increase the conversion rate of those leads into client mandates across the agency’s three business areas. We also help real estate professionals turn energy performance data into actionable renovation plans with costs, subsidies, and projected energy savings.
