Founded in 2006, Gest’in is an outsourced property management service, run by a team of passionate professionals.
The company’s core mission is to make rental property management more accessible, more professional and more secure. It supports estate agents and sales agents through its rental management back-office solution. In 2025, Gest’in expanded its offering to include the outsourcing of back-office accounting.
For several years now, rental management has proven increasingly attractive to property professionals seeking to diversify in a fluctuating market. The health crisis of 2020–2021, the marked slowdown in property transactions in 2023, and the rise in mortgage costs and stamp duty have all contributed to a decline in transaction volumes. Against this backdrop, diversification through property management is becoming a key driver of stability.
Gest’in’s partnership solutions offer a range of services enabling professionals – whether or not they hold the professional property management licence – to launch or develop a property management portfolio in order to generate recurring income.
