New in 2026: AI-powered property inspections
Artificial intelligence is transforming the inspection process.
Using a single photo of a room, ImmoPad's AI automatically identifies furniture and key items, then pre-populates the inventory directly within the app. Users simply review the suggested inventory, make any necessary adjustments and sign the report – saving valuable time on every inspection.
This release also introduces one of our most requested features: inventory management is now available for every type of inspection, rather than only furnished properties.
And this is just the beginning. Upcoming AI capabilities already on our roadmap include voice dictation, automatic meter number recognition, intelligent section suggestions, and automatic detection of colours, materials and property condition.

Every ImmoPad subscription includes TOTEiM, our dedicated tenant portal.
Tenants can securely access their inspection reports and property documents, submit maintenance requests online, and, if they choose, benefit from TOMi, our move-in concierge service, which helps them organise utilities, internet, insurance and removal services.
